6)    Describe the Organizations Business Level Strategy (Ch 5)
i)    Business level strategy being used
ii)    How does it relate to your external environment analysis (5 forces of porter)
iii)    How does it relate to the SWOT analysis completed previously

7)    Analyze the product life cycle.. Focus mainly on explaining where the product is on the cycle. Do you think is going to stay there going forward? Do you anticipate changes (Ch 5)

8)    Based on the information on Chapter 9, explain what governance and controls are currently applied by the organization (Ch 9)

Paper and presentation Requirements

1)    Written paper
1)    Paper must have a cover page
2)    Paper must have a table of contents
3)    No abstract necessary
4)    Start the paper with a 1 page explanation of:
i)    Company description, size, main products, Type of organization. Brief description of its customers, competitors

5)    Continue with the answers to the questions shown above. This section must have a MINIMUM of 15 pages (25 pages max), not counting references, table of contents, title pages, etc. (submissions with less than 15 pages wont be considered for grading. Meeting this MINIMUM page requirement allows for consideration for grade with a MINIMUM grade of F and max of A.
6)    Finish with a 1 or 2 page conclusion/closing thoughts/reflection
7)    Whole paper must be APA Style
8)    Grade of the paper will be based on its content. However, there will be deductions for grammar/spelling/APA errors, so, please make sure to check and double check your final submission
i)    3 points off for each grammar mistake
ii)    3 points off for each spelling mistake
iii)    3 points off for each case of information not cited
iv)    3 points off for any formatting error (including APA Style)

2)    Presentation
1)    Power Point Presentation.
2)    Minimum time: 10 minutes
3)    No specific requirement related to minimum number of slides.
