Be sure to explain the solution in detail, provide examples to show how this has been applied in other prisons, and/or why you think this proposed solution will work.
Advocate for the solution you identified by explaining the changes required to implement it within the prison system, such as increased funding, more specialized training, organizational changes, or other requirements to make the improvement.
