What kinds of data or tools might capture those outcomes? (Be creative – consider surveys, observations, interviews, follow-ups, etc.)
4.Ethical and Practical Considerations (1 short paragraph)
What challenges might come up in trying to collect this kind of data (privacy, client burden, missing data, etc.)?
