This hashtag discusses the discovery of Karahen Tepe, which was discovered in 1998. It is also a commentary on the lag of scholarship between discovery and publication. The first two hashtags deal with bringing the new Neolithic site to prominence in the academic record, including the original year of discovery. The third hashtag relates specifically to the construction of temples and other structures in the Neolithic period; the majority of which involve large stone architecture.
