Indicate in your title which video you are summarizing and what chapter it correlated to in the textbook (i.e., "The Benefits of Exercise" Chapter 15 video"), the main points covered, and the most important things you learned from the video. Tie what you learned in the video back to concepts, definitions, or information that you learned from the textbook, and be sure to use in-text citations when you refer to information from the textbook.
