The Development of a Population-Focused Care Program

This assignment will help you explore the programmatic and fiscal development of both inpatient and outpatient programs for diabetics. As a nursing leader, you have been asked to describe the fiscal and resource utilization issues in the development of a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient program for diabetics. Write a 4- to 5-page paper that addresses the following questions:
