This week, you learned about using the Declaration of Professional Practices and Procedures. This tool is important to outline expectations of all parties involved, as well as protect both the BCaBA and clients should something go differently than planned.

Instructions

Using the Declaration of Professional Practices and Procedures for Assistant Behavior Analysts Template [DOCX], you will create a version of the Declaration of Professional Practices and Procedures most relevant to your area of interest: for use in an educational setting, for use in a home setting, for use in a clinical setting, or other. (Please reach out to your instructor if you have questions on your setting and what to incorporate.)

Things to consider in your declaration:

· Incorporating information regarding your supervising BCBA.

· The people receiving and impacted by your services.

· The setting in which your services are delivered.

· The type of services being delivered.

· Ethics codes that should be prioritized and communicated.
