· Background – You may want to locate a case report in scholarly literature and use the patient-case as a guide during the writing of this assignment (a citation and reference is expected if using a case report).

· Etiology – provide details specific to your chosen disorder (using a patient case will help with this section).

· Pathophysiology – Provide details of the pathophysiology that is occurring at the cellular level for involved body systems (you can use tables and figures; however, your writing will be in your own words).

· Clinical Manifestations – patient presentation at early onset of disease process.

· Recommendations for Treatment – at initial diagnosis of disorder.
