Overview: The plan cost management is the process that establishes the policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending and controlling project cost. The plan schedule management is the process that provides the guidance and direction on how the project schedule will be managed throughout the project. For this assignment, select a project of your choice. Please bear in mind that the selected project will be the project that you will be working on throughout the course, so select a project that you like or have interest in.

Instructions: For the selected project, identify two inputs and two tools for the development of the schedule plan and explain their relevance to the schedule and cost plan. Write a paper explaining your project cost and schedule to include an explanation of the cost & schedule inputs and tools.
