You are a corrections officer in the local county jail, and you have just dealt with a potentially volatile situation: someone bringing contraband into the jail. You have to use your understanding of communications to identify the potential problem, de-escalate Project One Scenario in the Project One Scenario, and then report back to your supervisor on how you communicated during this situation.
