- Explain how employees can build long-term relationships with bank customers that help lead to sales.
- Discuss the importance of ethics in sales. Research the Wells Fargo Fake Account Scandal and the $3 billion fine they had to pay in 2020.
- Use only key words or phrases on the slides, along with pictures and graphics, to make your presentation visually appealing as well as professional looking.
- Include at least one paragraph in the Speaker Notes section below each slide explaining the details of what you would say if you gave the presentation live.
