Furthermore, she has started practicing meditation and claims to have experienced altered states of consciousness during deep meditation sessions. Her altered states of consciousness have also had an impact on her perception of the world. Your task is to understand the sensory, perceptual, and consciousness-related aspects of Patient X's experiences."
