In order to fill the vacancy, her daughter was transferred to the department headed by Rudenko. Officially, the transfer was carried out in connection with the abolition of the legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Lutsk Region, where Rudenko’s daughter had previously served as head. Rudenko’s daughter was accepted as deputy head of the department for registration of real estate transactions without a probationary period.

      Assess the situation from the point of view of the law.
