Normal left ventricular wall thickness. Grossly preserved left ventricular systolic function, contractility, endomyocardial excursion, wall thickening with ejection fraction of 66%. Mild global hypokinesis with preserved systolic function. Diastolic dysfunction with impairment of left ventricular relaxation, reduced compliance.
