Now you will begin creating resources that can help you with taking action. Leading a change effort is most effective when there is buy-in from the necessary stakeholders. Using knowledge from each of the previous assignments, you will create and share a presentation that focuses on informing potential stakeholders. Creativity is key. You should share your content in a format that you feel is most impactful for your audience (outside of the classroom, papers are not recommended). If you need ideas, utilize your Week 6 guidance. You should plan for a 15- to 20-minute sharing period that includes the following:

Identify the purpose of your presentation (your social justice issue)

Social Justice:

Defend the importance of fostering social justice, equity pedagogies, and culturally relevant teaching in early childhood settings.

Support your argument with content and examples from the research and literature you have examined in this course.

Remember your audience, avoid an overreliance on direct quotes in favor of paraphrasing information from your sources

Provide a contextual example for your audience to understand ways this concept could be integrated into your organization/environment.
