1. Think about a large project that you completed over the past year at work or for school. Please identify three or more stakeholders (Exhibit 6.1) and prioritize them with the six-factor model discussed in this chapter (See Exhibit 6.2)
2. You have been assigned to a project management team working on a project for two months, and the Project Manager (PM) sent everyone on the team an agenda for the meeting last week. During the meeting, she asked a team member to take minutes, and everyone provided input on the next phase of the project.  A week later, the project manager followed up with each member of the team to request an update on their progress.   Please evaluate the project manager’s actions using the PDCA model.  What could the PM have done better?
