12 Aug Final report and PowerPoint presentation about internship

The following files attached are: final report guidelines, PowerPoint presentation and a file contain pictures of my work during the internship.

General instructions for writing the final report:

• The report must be written in English language.
• The word limit is 3000-4000. If the report word count is not within the required word limit, marks will be deducted.
• The font size is 12, Times New Roman, justified, 1.5 space. Main headings use font size of 16 and bold.
• Add page numbers in the middle bottom of the page.
• Plagiarism or copying from other sources will result in ZERO marks.
• This report must be submitted on Blackboard (WORD format only) via the allocated folder.
• Your work should be clearly and completely presented; marks may be reduced for poor presentation. This includes filling your information on the cover page.
• Assignment will be evaluated through BB Safe Assign tool.
• Late submission will result in ZERO marks being awarded.

General instructions for PowerPoint presentation:

1- the information should be summary of the final report and the three periodic reports as points or little explanations

2-i will explain what i did during my internship in the presentation so please in each slide add note section as an explanation in the PPT for my speech and please make it detailed because i will explain it to my doctor

3- so the slides should be summarized and contain little explanation for what audience will see, but the note section at each slide should contain detailed information for my speech when i explain them to the audience as what they hear

4- the number of slides should be from 13 – 15 slides but not less than13 slides

5- the slides should contain the following information (about the training organization, description of the training, organization structure, products and services, standard and principles, training program, task activities, gained skills, works i conducted, lessons learned, recommendation and the conclusion)
