Drawing from the literature covered so far in the course, write a 2-3 page well-articulated discussion on the origin of the racial paradigm and its relationship to the concepts of white supremacy relative to Blacks. What are the important factors specific to the Black experience within the U.S. political system? Discuss the collective white nationalist efforts that led to the mythical culture constructed that helped rehabilitate the South and deny the original reasons for the Civil War and helped the re-subordination of Blacks. Discuss the forces responsible for this effort and the outputs and impacts both on the American political system as well as its impact on Black people in America.
