Having been a devoted employee for over three years, I havehad the privilege of seeing the success of our organization because of ourlabors and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute in a moresubstantial position playing a more significant role. Thus far, my hard work tohelp the organization thrive and to succeed in achieving its goals has led to:

        Receivingnumerous awards and accolades including Social Worker of the Year and IndianChild Welfare Social Worker Extraordinaire

Over the years I have made significant contributions to thecompanies for which I have worked that have earned me awards such as 2004Rookie of the Year for the most improved employee and also earning the Top TeamLeader award. I was also promoted to Training Development Specialist during myfourteen years working at RGIS because of my ability to work well with allemployees and being proficient at training, coaching, and motivating employeesto perform their duties. To date I have 92 months of case managementexperience, 10 years of foster parenting experience with 20 children, and 12years of treatment planning and human service support experience. I have workedin many different positions with many organizations that has given me theexperience needed to perform well in my current position and also in the SSS4position to which I am applying. Other contributions that I have made to otherorganizations that help to qualify me for the SSS4 position include:

        Training ofcounselors and working as a liaison for therapists and psychologists

        Providingexpert representation at court proceedings for review of clients treatmentprogress

        Performingregular safety and client assessments

        Planning andcoordinating activities appropriate for clients and staff

        Facilitatingone-on-one and group counseling sessions, frequently referencing DSM-IV andmonitoring of vitals.

I am indebted to the teams I have worked with for theirsustaining help in these efforts. I acknowledge their contributions weresignificant to the success of these endeavors and the organizations overallsuccess. My appreciation also goes to the leadership and guidance you haveprovided me.
