Background:
You work for a non-profit thatjust received a large grant to provide 1000 Meals on Wheels (MOW) meals 5 daysa week. The meals must follow thenational guidelines for seniors (research this and have the guidelines in youranalysis). The MOW service area will be a50-mile radius in a rural county. Youmust design a food service facility to accommodate the needs of the program andselect a delivery system. You must decidewhat food service design is appropriate using Chapt 4 of the textbook to helpand indicate how will the meals be packaged and delivered to maintain proper serv-safetemperatures.
