Develop three objectives that describe the measurable outcomes for the goal.
Outline the action steps for implementing the intervention.
Describe how continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools or techniques can be used to enhance this plan.
You are required to cite to three to five sources to complete this assignment. Sources must be published within the last 5 years and appropriate for the assignment criteria and public health content.
