Real-world performance issues the manager has experienced; Ask how they have responded to these concerns, what the solution looked like, as well as what the impact of this response has been (e.g., did it solve the concern or did it create new concerns)
Behavioral strategies the manager uses or used in response to these concerns; Ask the leader if they any preventative strategies (e.g., antecedent-based strategies,) that they’ve incorporated in their practice to reduce the likelihood of encountering the concern.
