Research and detail one program or initiative that would address each of the three issues. It does not have to be law enforcement specifically, you can look at government community-based programs, charities, faith-based initiatives, school/education programs and non-government organizations.

Determine the link between the program and Social Disorganization Theory.
Present at least one possible ethical issue with each program.
Propose a policy that would help avoid the ethical conflict for each program.
