• Develop the organization’s DEI&B vision and goals.
• Judge what it means to model cultural awareness in a health care organization.
• Propose the actions the organization will take to demonstrate its overall commitment and acceptance of its corporate responsibility to embed DEI&B practices into every facet of the organization.
