These priorities were identified with the aim of enhancing the workforce output while also addressing some of the barriers to the utilization of telemedicine and ways to ensure that healthcare professionals do not get burnt out (Kagiyama et al., 2022). In addition, the study explored different experiences of other organizations that have implemented telemedicine and looked at the effective training methodologies to adopt. The collected information in its turn helped to choose relevant goals and focus on possible actions, thus creating a rather effective intervention strategy for the investigated organization with reference to the workforce. |

The third phase embraced mental health resources, thus undertaking stress management and availability of virtual counseling (Boksa & Pennathur, 2023). To evaluate the outcome, the organization carried out surveys at the end of the training, observed the efficiency levels of the providers and collected patient feedback ratings. When the training for the utilization of telemedicine was done to the providers, the initial results showed increased confidence in usage of telemedicine hence increased efficiency in consultations and increased patient satisfaction. Also, trained staff burnout indicated a sign of stabilizing trend.
