same time?
The new global economy has brought about many new job opportunities for people in

though people work together, culture has to be taken into communication because bosses or
those in leadership have to take on teams with different backgrounds and beliefs and being

culturally aware helps leaders as well as coworkers to work well with others by respecting
their beliefs as wellbeing sure not to offend others. In some cultures, it can be seen as
disrespect to smile or shake hands while doing business, some do not believe that a woman
should be in leadership, which would be difficult for a woman to be taken seriously if sent to
head a business venture, bowing one’s head can be acceptable in one culture and disrespectful
