My native language is Chinese, and I have excellent English skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail. I believe that I would be an excellent fit for this role.

I demonstrated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills during my time as a car seller assistant at Changan company(CHINA).In my capacity, I worked with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase and conducted outbound calls, follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction. Also Assisted salesperson and sales manager with providing comprehensive sales management reports. During that time, I utilize Social Media to get into groups that were interested in buying a car. I also posted AD(Advertisement) about Changan Automobile, which led me to find some people who were interested in our car. After that, I talked to them as a car buyer, asked them about other brands they were interested in, and then made an objective comparison. Next, invite them to the car shop. Have a face-to-face conversation. That helped me sell three cars. This can be a great encouragement to a newcomer. These experiences are indicative of my ability to make good relationships with customers and solid communication skills.

I still remember working as a receptionist in a Chinese restaurant at that time, which cultivated my sharp attention to detail, and I completed highly sensitive and meticulous tasks. This work covers updated calendars and customer table reservations for the 50 seats excellent restaurant. It generates clear and detailed records of daily payments received by the restaurant for serving more than 100 customers each day. During my tenure, I received positive feedback about the accuracy of my detailed documentation and my communication with clients. These experiences will enable me to fill in and record the payment and purchase contents more accurately.
