Project components and assessment:

Section 1. Outline the opportunity for change [2 pages] What data exists to support the need for change? If it doesn’t exist, describe how you might collect the data? Is additional research needed to support the need for change? How will the change support the organizational mission & vision? [20 points]
Section 2. Plan for pre-assessment [2 pages] Describe the “investigative phase”. Assume you are appointed team leader of a task force that will be charged with investigating, discussing, planning, and assessing the needed change. How will you plan this phase of the change? Who will you choose to serve on task force? Prepare an initial agenda for this meeting.

Describe your detailed plan for implementing change including goals & objectives, target dates, motivators you might include, interim assessment, and a “back up” plan in case you don’t need expected deadlines or expectations.
