We could make diagrams showing all the risk sources that can cause problems for each of the areas and include effects of the risk, probability, consequences, and mitigation actions. We can also then put all the risks in the risk register and risk matrix. I’ve attached a rough template of what I think this could look like in the excel document.
I also tried to structure our powerpoint presentation more along the lines of the risk management process we’ve been going over in class.
