1. Watch the Top 10 Reasons to Visit Academic Advising video in Chapter 9 Online Lecture content.

 

a. Identify 2 of the 10 areas where you could benefit from Advising assistance.

 

b. For each , provide specific, personal examples of how it will help your short/long term academic planning.

 

2. Watch the  What Can DSC Career Services Do for You? video in  Chapter 9 online Lecture content.  The video specifically identifies  5 areas of assistance Career Services offers. 

 

a. Identify  two of the five  areas   described (not two resources from the same area such as O*Net and Candid Career, both discussed in  Career Exploration & Planning) that you would find beneficial.

 

b. Specifically explain how  each area  can help you with your short/long term career/employment planning.
