Please make three copies of the Food Intake Log and keep track of your diet for three consecutive days. The days you choose should include 2 busy days and 1 not so busy day.
Write down everything that you eat, no matter what! Make sure that you write down all your serving sizes accurately.

Go to your e-text Cengage website and click on the diet analysis plus icon in your icon tool bar on the right side of the page and create your personal profile.

Enter Food Logs into Diet & Wellness Plus Program

Review and download the Combination Report. Then find the 3 day average report. This report is also a separate link under reports, but you must submit the full combination report (PDF) with you final report submission.
Step 5
Evaluate your results on your 3 day average. Look for ALL % of DRI results that are under 80% or above 120% and high light. This information is important for writing your report.

Report ALL nutrient deficiencies under 80% DRI

Report ALL nutrient excesses, with DRI % over 120%, intake, goal and three highest sources from your report that lead you to be in excess.

Write your Diet analysis 2 page report. Remember, this is a report, not a questions / answer worksheet.
