In Module One, you learned about project life cycles and constraints. In this module, you learned about Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and their importance when developing a project charter and managing scope.
For this assignment, submit a WBS for a fictitious or actual project. You can continue building upon the project you have used in previous assignments.
Your WBS must have a minimum of 15 activities and include the first three levels. For example, it must have the task, the subtask, and the activity.
An actual project may be something that you manage or are managing. You may use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, or another program to provide a model of your WBS.
