This strategy promotes the growth of virtues like honesty, compassion, courage, and wisdom that direct people's actions in a morally upright manner. Virtue ethics permits a more adaptable and situation-sensitive approach to ethical dilemmas in contrast to utilitarianism, which emphasizes outcomes, and Kantianism, which emphasizes strict moral rules.
