There are marginalized populations in every city that you go to, and it is important to consider them when making business decisions especially in healthcare.
As someone that currently works in healthcare the first thing that I would do is conduct a survey to try and find out what demographic of people are being catered to, services (healthcare) are needed, and what they would like to see different as far as healthcare is concerned. After the survey is conducted, I would gather a team of people that can help contribute ideas, methods, and techniques that can be used to deliver these needs. I think the best way to deliver the needs of the marginalized population is to set up a charity (financial assistance) clinic that will provide them with health care and services at little to no cost.
