At the time of the suit, the corporation had the $10,000 reserve, less th $1,000 in its bank account, and no liability insurance. Because of these limited funds, the ch parents hope to pierce the corporate veil to recover most of their damages directly from Ang Instructions Analyze the scenario using the FIRAC model to determine if Angie can be held person liable for any debt of the corporation arising from Eduardo’s death.
