• Review the requirements for each tab of your portfolio and make revisions based on feedback you have received from your instructor and your peers.
• Consider these questions to complete the “Overview” section at the beginning of the template:
o What was the goal statement for your portfolio?
o What are the significant findings that you identified in your portfolio?
o What are the action items that can guide professionals on how to use your findings?
• Review the ScholarWorks Contributor Agreement at the end of the template.
• Using the Portfolio Template, complete the “Overview” section.
• If you would like your Portfolio to be considered for publication in ScholarWorks, complete the ScholarWorks Contributor Agreement at the end of the template. Published collections will be used to showcase your social change projects and to inspire new students starting the program.
• Submit your revised and completed Social Change Project portfolio.
