1. What is the purpose of assessing your appearance and personality at the beginning of the program?
2. Did the program give you son or a daughter? What did you name your child?
3. Was your baby born on time or early? Discuss the risks associate with preterm and small-to-date babies.

The paper must be neatly formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument.
