How to calculate weights: Add ALL comments of increase/decrease of revenue from O1 to T5. Get a TOTAL, then calculate O1 revenue/TOTAL to get O1’s weight. Do the same with all SFs.

I had the impression they were leading it by 2010, so I was expecting a higher rate … but I may be wrong.
