How did you feel when you read the DQ’s for this week? Did you struggle with finding a positive reason to create a positive message for either one of them? The hope was that you did have a negative reaction to one of them and had to struggle to come up with something positive to say or at least neutral. This week I would like you to discuss how you felt about trying to come up with a positive message for the one you dislike. In your job, either now or in the future, you might have an assignment that you just absolutely refuse to do. Would you risk being fired if you absolutely put your foot down and said no? Would you risk not making a mortgage payment, not making a car payment, or not putting food on the table because of your principles? The answer could be yes or no depending on how far into your career you are. But talk about it this week:
