Provide separate responses per each and at least 1 credible source per discussion

1.) As IronOrbit (2022) writes “While your organization’s mission statement may have more than just two words, the challenge is still the same – developing a mission statement that introduces you and your contribution to your customers and the world at large.” When developing a mission statement, it is important to understand that this is what will define your company to the public. When coming up with a new statement for CityU i came up with two strategic actions to take.

The first is to interview past, present, and future college students to find out exactly what it is they are looking for out of their education. Additionally we will be asking what are the out of class experiences they want. 

The next action we will take is to interview and build a staff of educators built around these survey questions asked in the previous action.

The statement we have developed is “CityU, a school built by the ideas of history, to help build your future”.

2.) CityU’s Mission statement:

“At CityU, we strive to change our students’ lives for good by offering high-quality and relevant lifelong education” (Accreditation, policies & procedures: CityU, n.d.)

* Connect with small and medium enterprises to have real experiences and visualizations based on available knowledge and models. From there, students have specific perceptions about the working environment and how to better apply their knowledge in practice.

* Updating virtual reality technology and equipment for online field trips, helping online students get the closest experience to those who are physically studying and staying at CityU.

* Link up with student forums at CityU to exchange experiences as well as answer questions related to student problems, more specifically a miniature social network of the university. Thus, it will increase influence to other potential students in the future.
