Describe how this is done at the state and local level. If the website you access includes data about how many people and meals they serve, please include this information. In your write-up, include eligibility information and how a patient or client would go about signing up for the program. You must include the links of the websites that you used for your information. These links should be included at the bottom of your Word document. You can do this by copying the website address from your browser and pasting it into the document. If there are no links included in the assignment, you will not receive any extra credit points. Please keep the word limit to 300-500 words.
