The concepts of VUCA (Livingston, 2014; and Bennett & Lemoine, 2014), and PESTLE (Rastogi & Trivedi, 2016) can help us to prepare for work in a world of continuous change. After reviewing the Hofstede video, and using the VUCA and PESTLE concepts, describe your personal experience working outside of your cultural comfort zone. Have you worked overseas? Have you been on a virtual team? Have you interfaced with others that are from a different culture? Incorporate knowledge from this week’s readings, citing the various authors.
Your paper should be a minimum of 5 pages (not counting cover page and references), APA formatted, and placed in the drop box by the end of the week. Cite Hofstede video, and articles. Please be sure that you apply critical thinking and draw from your personal and professional experiences when answering the questions while also citing materials as appropriate.
