Write a dialogue between someone who has just discovered he/she has an STI and his/her sexual partner. In writing your dialogue, feel free to include any emotional reactions you could imagine the person and his/her partner experiencing in this situation.

Be sure to include the following factual information:

• How did the person discover he/she has a STI?
• What types of symptoms could the STI cause for him/her and his/her partner?
• What kinds of treatments are available for the person and his/her partner?
• Where should the partner go to be tested (think about specific places)?

*Be specific in your responses. For example, if STI A is treated with drugs, mention what kind of drug, what it does, and so forth. Avoid making statements such as, "STI A is treated with medicine," without examples and further detail

Your assignment will be graded on the following criteria:

• Your assignment should be written in 12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced, and 1-inch margins.

You need to write a minimum of 650 words. 2 points will be deducted for every 50 words below the word limit. For example: 600-649 words @ 2 point deduction, 549-599 words @ 4 points deduction. 

You may write a maximum of 1400 words. Anything written beyond 1400 words will not be counted towards the assignment’s points. 

• You may use script form . Remember that this is a dialogue. Here is an example of what your paper may look like:

        Romeo: “Hey, do you have a minute? I, uh, need to talk to you about something.”

        Juliette: “Of course! What’s on your mind?”

        Romeo: “Well, I’ve been having some itching, and some burning when I pee, so I just got back from the Health Center…”

And so forth.

• Make sure to properly use quotes or denote the conversational portions in an acceptable manner.
• Do your research for all four questions. Make sure to fully answer each question throughout the dialogue.
• Assignments must be submitted before the deadline. Late submission will result in a deduction of 2 points per day.
