Not only is the national guard soldier the first line of defense for his/her state, but

being good soldiers, which will lead to improper training. If we can support our
soldiers and create an avenue for everyone to be rewarded based on actions,
this will lead to motivated soldiers who know that doing the right thing will prevail
and make us a better force ready to fight.
