Diverse workplaces bring many benefits: Talent retention, innovation, and increased profits. Research shows that the most successful workplace diversity programs are those with high levels of continued engagement and accountability such as task forces, diversity managers, and mentoring programs.
Assignment Guidelines
Select a company that is listed on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For (http://fortune.com/best-companies (Links to an external site.)).
Go to that company’s website and research its diversity initiatives and environment. Then prepare a minimum two-page report that answers the following questions: Make sure to begin your paper with an Introduction (stating the purpose of your paper).
- What diversity initiatives does the company have in place?
- How easy was it to find this information on the company’s website?
- What suggestions would you make to improve the company’s diversity initiatives?

- Include a properly formatted APA reference page.
- Use 12 point Times New Roman font.
- Double-space the entire paper.
- Accurate In-text citations must be included.
- APA documentation and formatting style used appropriately (including in-text citations, reference entries, and format).
- A thorough analysis of the topic in relation to management, leadership, and course learning outcomes.
- Spelling, grammar, and writing style
- Write in the third person - such as, “This researcher…”, “This student…”, Do not use “I”, “we”, “our”, “you”, or any other forms of indefinite you.
- Avoid bullet points.
- Submit your own original work. Do not submit work previously submitted to any course – including your own work, that of other students, or any work that is purchased or traded from the online cheating sites, such as coursehero.
