HPI: Ms L. H is a 33 year old female who was presented to Memorial Health ED with paranoid and somatic delusions. She was brought in by police department for psychiatric evaluation . She was found in the shelter where she resides very paranoid and confused. She states she is pregnant and there are people conspiring to steal her unborn baby. She reports derogatory hallucinations. She was seen in the ED last week for complaints of abdominal pain stating she was pregnant. He pregnancy test was negative . She still believes she is pregnant and is accusing the doctor for not performing the test right. She denies any suicidal thoughts at tis time. States she feels hopeless and depressed most of the time.
