Your initial job assignment is to communicate to your supervisor your concerns and recommendations related to the new global initiative of opening retail stores overseas.
Address first the roles that ethics and major types of laws (i.e. employment, contract, consumer, and property) play in any business environment, including relations with employees, customers and other stakeholders.
Then present your concerns and recommendations relating to the legal considerations relevant to global operations and decision-making.
Lastly, present your concerns and recommendations relating to the impact of the Internet on business law, including e-commerce, e-contracts and e-signatures.
