Create a 3-year business plan for a primary health care practice. I have created the entire business plan up until the financials. Here I need assistance with charts and bodies for this area. I have attached the bottom information which needs to be created in a word document.

So the values would be for a clinic that has between 20 and 25 patients the first year, the second year showing an increase in the third year showing an increase. It must include good revenue streams sources for the revenue streams, expenses that are standard free healthcare practice in this field.

Rent for the build is 4,000 usd a month

Make sure you’re including utilities, rent, supplies, salaries.
