• 2. Identification of key ethical principles that apply to this situation and why they apply (refer to chapter 7 of your textbook).

Which professionals will be part of your interprofessional team? What are their roles and why are they important?

1. Conclusions: A conclusion is a very important part of the paper. It is an overall synthesis of what you put together in your paper. What is the solution that is most appropriate in this situation? The conclusion informs the reader about the importance of your explanation and your solutions to the problem.

1. References and in-text citations are required with APA formatting: There should be a minimum of 3 current academic references for this paper. APA formatting is 10% of the grade.
