For this final reflection, please respond to the following three prompts titled: My Strategy, Leadership Integration and Personal Reflection. Each prompt should be a minimum of 1 page each for a minimum of a 3 page reflection total.

• My Strategy: Based on this semester’s work, how would you now describe your definition of leading strategy? Your model should have two parts; a visual diagram and short bulleted explanations for your diagram’s components or processes. The diagram can be built using basic desktop applications such as PowerPoint or MSWord etc. and should be as inclusive as possible of the fundamental concepts presented in this class.
• Leadership Integration: Leadership has many dimensions as shown below:

Many, if not all of these, have been addressed in this course in varying depth. You are asked to identify the five in which you have personally seen the greatest amount of learning and growth. Be specific as to what led to these changes.

• Personal Reflection – Reflect on your progress in learning and growth based on the following three learning outcomes of the course:

  • Articulate the process for creating a new vision for an existing organization that is based on principles of Flourishing and Purpose.
